Machine Knitting and everything else...

I knit another kimono on the Passap knitting machine. This was knit using my pattern I described on this post. Passap technique 186 double bed tuck Fantasy Fairisle.

I knit this blanket for my sister with the Passap E6000 technique 186. I had permission from the artist, Beth Wilson of Doodlecats, to use her drawing for this blanket. Beth Wilson is a UK artist and her website is here: www.doodlecatsshop.co.uk I do not have permission to share the files.

This blanket was machine knit on the Passap E6000. I used Designaknit software for the graphic design. I used 2 strands of 2/24 in double bed jacquard on the Passap. The colors don’t show too well. They are raspberry and silver brown. Technique 186. Tension 4.3. Cast on 87-0-88 (175 stitches) on the front bed with both end (outside end) needles on the back bed. It is 250 pattern rows/1000 actual lock passes on the knitting machine.
I am sharing my Designaknit .stl file and Wincrea .bmp file for your personal use for domestic knitting machines. If you do sell a few, please credit Herman Hills Farm for the design. Thank you!
