I will no longer ship to Germany because of the new packaging law. On 1 July 2022, amendments to the provisions of the Packaging Act will enter into force. Initial distributors of all types of packaging filled with goods, including transport packaging, return packaging and/or packaging subject to deposit, will have to register and name the packaging they use. Another change relates to final distributors of filled service packaging who will be required to register even if they purchase all of the packaging they use with system participation. It is getting hard to keep up with International regulations, I have removed Germany from my shipping list.
